With long experience behind us, we produce a wide range of mechanical parts, from 1×1 mm up to 500×500 mm and in lengths over 2,500 mm.

The IAMETECH machine shop runs vertical and horizontal machining centres, lathes, a saw, measuring stations for part inspection and a dot-peen marker for code identification, as detailed in the machine list.

Traceability and batch control

We handle both series production and made-to-order jobs. Specialised, up-to-date software tracks every machining operation, heat treatment and material composition, as well as every quality and dimensional check performed.

Quality control

We have invested in our quality control department to document our work beyond doubt for our customers. The metrology lab uses dedicated equipment and software to inspect parts and issue a certificate of conformity, so that our customers need no further inspection.

Technical development and engineering
