Backed by the IAME organisation, IAMETECH responds to requests quickly and efficiently. Our machine shop was designed around fast production changeovers, which gives us the flexibility to handle anything from small batches of components to repeat series production, for requirements from any industry.
Machining
From drawing to finished part
Turning
Material removal with the workpiece rotating: flat, tapered and cylindrical surfaces, threads and profiles.
Milling
Faces, slots, shoulders and holes with a cutting tool of defined geometry, on 3, 4 and 5-axis centres.
Grinding
A fine-grit wheel brings the part to its design shape and finish: cylindrical, internal, external and surface grinding.
Lapping
Minimal roughness and mirror finishes on metal, ceramic and glass, with the right abrasives.
Assembly
Finishing, fitting and assembly of complete units, with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems and functional testing.

Punch marking
Mechanical marking of steel, bronze and aluminium, with no acids or chemicals.
02Degreasing
Physico-chemical removal of oils and grease from surfaces, ultrasonic if required, as pre-treatment.
03Barrel finishing
Deburring and surface finishing of large quantities of small parts by tumbling.
04Laser marking
Permanent laser marking: codes and sequential numbering, precise, fast and durable.
05Heat treatment
Controlled thermal cycles that give metals and alloys the mechanical properties required.
06Sandblasting
Surface preparation of metal before painting and corrosion protection, grades Sa1 to Sa3.
