A punch is a kind of stamp used to mark metals such as steel, bronze and aluminium mechanically, without acids or other chemicals. The sharpness of the mark and the amount of material marked depend on the quality of the punch and the complexity of the mark.

With laser marking systems, IAMETECH achieves maximum accuracy of profiles and geometries, a valid alternative to conventional EDM.
